Upcoming Events

  • March 28, noon: Online office hours to talk about street safety improvements on Broadway in East Somerville. They'll also be doing in-person afternoon visits to key intersections on 3/30, 4/11 and and 4/27. Learn more here.

  • March 28, 5:30: Meeting about public safety following a recent shooting incident on Broadway. In-person at the Healey School.

  • March 30, 6:00 pm: Housing Action Social: Abundant Housing MA and A Better Cambridge invite you to join them at Lamplighter Brewing in Cambridge Crossing (by the new Lechmere station). Folks will be talking about Cambridge's new Affordable Housing Overlay upgrade proposals, among other issues.

  • March 30, 6:30 pm: Land Use Committee takes up several key items including our Net Zero incentive program and the delays in beginning construction of the affordable housing components of the Union Square master plan.

  • April 3, 6:00 pm: Please register in advance for a meeting about a 100% affordable building proposed at 24 Webster Ave in Union Square. This is the second meeting scheduled by developer Just-A-Start and they could use community support for this badly-needed affordable housing.   • April 4, 7:00 pm. – 8:30 pmCultureHouse hosts an in-person meeting at Connexion, 149 Broadway, to share updates about their pop-up project and get feedback from neighbors. Interpretation will be available in Spanish and Portuguese.
