,Just wanted to drop you a quick note to remind you about tonight's talk by Burhan Azeem, a City Councilor in Cambridge who is showing the way for pro-housing candidates & policy in local governments statewide. Burhan proposed and is now in the process of passing an end to mandatory parking minimums in Cambridge, and has also been part of the successful push for more protected bike lanes across the city.As Somerville looks towards next year's local elections and the future of our community, his experience can help us figure out how to bring those achievements to our community and to the region as a whole.Note: this is a campaign fundraiser hosted by a few of our friends.
