Somerville YIMBY has a new newsletter provider

Hey y’all! Co-founder & steering committee member Jeff Byrnes here, speaking to you a little directly.

This is a little unusual for a newsletter, but we wanted to test out a new email newsletter provider that we’ve decided to switch to, Beehiiv.

And, of course, the best way to test things out is to send an actual email newsletter.

So, here it is!

We’re finding that this switch is a big improvement for us on the backend, but the final judge is all of you, our subscribers. Your feedback is most welcome! Some prompts to help you, if you wish to provide some critical feedback:

• Do things not look as good?

• Is something you previously depended on missing?

• Did you forget you’re subscribed and wish you weren’t?
