We’ve come a long way in seven years. Join us for a birthday celebration on Friday, April 5 at 6 pm at Remnant Brewing!

We also look forward to seeing you at our April open meeting on April 10 at 6:00 pm. We’re still collecting agenda items but our discussion will include ongoing outreach, lobbying, and organization, as well as the spring book club.

City Gathering Feedback about East Broadway Zoning

Somerville and Medford are coordinating to update the zoning along Broadway between Winter Hill and Ball Square, and in particular hope to address issues that affect properties that are partially in Somerville and partially in Medford. They’ve had a number of meetings about it over the past few weeks and are still gathering feedback. If you haven’t been able to attend in person or online, you can still fill out a survey about what you’d like to see there. (Our suggestion: allow taller buildings along the whole thing!)

The city will kick off a similar process about the western half of Broadway on April 12.
